From Steelmaking to Rolling, a Perfect Process
We produce the highest quality steel products with state-of-the-art facilities and strict management.
Steel Making(Meltshop)Scrap Charging
Carefully selected steel scrap is charged into the electric arc furnace to prepare for melting.
Steel Making(Meltshop)EAF Arcing
A steelmaking process where powerful electric arc heat is generated through electrodes to melt scrap into molten steel.
Steel Making(Meltshop)Ladle Furnace
The composition of the molten steel is finely adjusted and impurities are removed to ensure the quality of the target steel grade.
Steel Making(Meltshop)Continuous Casting
Refined molten steel is poured into molds and continuously cooled to produce solid semi-finished products such as blooms and billets.
RollingReheating Furnace
Semi-finished products from the casting process are uniformly heated to an optimal temperature (approx. 1,100–1,250°C) suitable for rolling.
RollingBDM (Break Down Mill)
The heated semi-finished product undergoes initial rolling to form the primary shape of the product.
RollingUFR (Universal Finishing Mill)
The material from the BDM is precisely rolled to complete the final dimensions and shape of products such as H-beams.
RollingHot Saw
Immediately after rolling, the product in a high-temperature state undergoes primary cutting and sampling for quality testing.
RollingCooling Bed
The high-temperature products completed through rolling and hot sawing are uniformly cooled in ambient air.
RollingStraightener
Any bending or distortion that may occur during the cooling process is straightened using physical force.
RollingCold Saw
The straightened products are precisely cut to the exact length required by customers in a cold state.
RollingStacking
The cut products are neatly stacked based on standardized bundle weight criteria.
RollingTying Machine
The stacked products are tightly bound with steel straps to secure them into finished bundle packages.
RollingLabeling & Bundle Storage
The completely bound final steel products are labeled by bundle units and safely stored in the logistics warehouse.
